Temperamental LMS Princess Coronation Class 46233 Duchess of Sutherland in a familiar pose at the Severn Valley Railway's 2013 Autumn Steam Gala. This particular locomotive was built at Crewe in 1938. The class was rated at 3,300 horsepower, the most powerful of all British passenger steam locos.
